CRIMINAL RECORD EXPUNCTION/ NONDISCLOSURES

The very instant you are arrested, a record is made to commemorate the event. A line is entered onto your record indicating you have been arrested and the offense you are accused of committing.  Once your case is disposed of, another entry is made on your record indicating what happened to the charges. EVEN IF THE CASE WAS DISMISSED for insufficient evidence, your criminal history will still bear the mark of your previous run-in with the law UNLESS YOU HIRE AN ATTORNEY specifically to clean your record.

Although a dismissed case should have no bearing on future employment or loan approval, in the real world, if a potential employer finds your criminal history important enough to search, any mark, no matter the excuses that come with it, can only be detrimental.

San Antonio, Texas criminal defense attorney Carlo Key has helped many clients clear their criminal history of cases that were either dismissed or where deferred adjudication was successfully completed.

Don't let your criminal history prevent you from getting a loan, new apartment, new job or promotion!

Contact attorney Carlo Key for a FREE CONSULTATION & review of your criminal history to determine if you are eligible for an expunction or petition for nondisclosure.
